We can confirm that we hold cruelty-free manufacturing certification and are a cruelty-free brand.

How much is Postage & Packaging?

  • Postage is free within the US on orders of $25 and over; orders under $25 will be charged at $3.95
  • Postage is free to Canada on orders of $35 and over; orders under $35 will be charged at $7.95 

Do you deliver to P.O box?       

Unfortunately, parcels cannot be delivered to a P.O Box address.

 

Do you dispatch on Saturday, Sunday or Bank holidays?

Unfortunately, we only dispatch goods on Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays.

 

How soon will my order arrive?

All orders are dispatched via USPS and should arrive within 5-7 days.

Please note, external factors may cause delays.

 

Can I change/amend my order once it’s been placed?

Unfortunately once you order has been placed it is not possible to amend it.

 

What is your returns / complaints policy?

Our expectation is that you will be delighted with your purchase. However, If you are not entirely satisfied with your products, notify orders@thevintagecosmeticcompany.co.uk within 48 hours of receipt of delivery. Return the goods, ensuring you have proof of postage and the goods are unused and in the original condition and packaging, within 14 days (of receiving your goods) and we will issue you an exchange or refund.

When returning goods, please obtain proof of postage. The Vintage Cosmetic Company cannot accept responsibility for items which fail to reach us.

Please note The Vintage Cosmetic Company will not pay for the cost of return postage unless the goods are incorrect, faulty or damaged and due to hygiene issues we cannot accept returns of False Lashes unless they are faulty.

 

What happens if my items arrive damaged?

Please notify orders@thevintagecosmeticcompany.co.uk within 48 hours of receipt, stating the nature of damage and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent.

 

How will I know if you’ve received my return?

What are your tools made from?

Our beauty tools are made from high-quality stainless steel. This means they’re hard wearing and will last for several years. They’re easy to clean and, as stainless steel does not absorb dirt, they won’t harbour germs and bacteria. Ideal for products like our nail-clipper. or tweezer.

 

LASHES

How do I take my Vintage Cosmetic Company False Strip eye lashes off?

Gently grip the false lash from the outer corner of the eye towards the inner corner, holding your eyelid ‘taut’ at the same time.

How many times can I reuse my lashes?

You can reuse the lashes three to four times providing the glue is carefully removed and the lashes are correctly stored in their original container after use.

 

BRUSHES

Why should I use make up brushes to apply my make-up rather than my fingers?

Unlike properly cared for and stored make-up brushes, fingers not only spread germs but do not create the most effective finish either. Brushes allow for maximum coverage of make-up which means your products can be used more sparingly and will last longer.
